I love this place! I love how quick it is for lunch. I always get the spicy tuna roll and sometimes a musubi. I haven't tried anything else because the spicy tuna is so good, I'm hooked. But it all looks great!

Sushi-Ko is a wonderful, much needed option for takeout sushi on the island. The sushi is fresh & delicious, unlike the stuff at the grocery store. Their hamachi was extraordinary. I'll be back often.

It was good and love having another sushi option on the island that doesn’t break the bank. But, would love to see the hours shift from say, 11am - 8pm so that folks who work off island and families with kids in evening sports could have time to order and eat. Takeout would be fine! I would think this would be helpful for their business too!

We shared salmon sushi, cucumber roll and miso soup and croquettes. They were very good, fresh and very flavorful. The miso soup was excellent.
